Shipping policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Sorry, once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Be sure of your order before submitting.
 
BILLING POLICY
Please ensure that the billing and shipping address are the same! All orders will be cancelled and declined if your billing and shipping address isn't associated with your bank account. If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined it will fall off within a few hours. We do not ship to P.O Boxes! 
 
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order after payment is cleared, and 2-3 business days to receive your order after processing is cleared. All packages will be shipped DHL which is about 2-3 business days. 
*We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All of our packages require signature please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you're not home at the time of delivery please contact DHL to make them aware of this to either reschedule delivery or allow you to pick the package up at your local post office.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once it has past a 24hr period we cannot issue a refund.
